Microwave Cole Slaw of A Different Color
|Red cabbage head||1 Medium, finely chopped to make 4 cups|
|Tart red apples||2 Large, diced|
|Apple cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In a microwave glass casserole, combine all the ingredients till completely mixed. Cover the dish and cook on HIGH (9) for 7 to 9 minutes or until cabbage is wilted but crisp. Ensure that the cabbage is stirred twice during cooking.
2. Serve hot or cold
