Cottage Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1 Teaspoon (optional)
  Cabbage 6 Cup (96 tbs), finely shredded
  Apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced and cored
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise and cottage cheese.
2. Mix onion juice, seasoning, caraway seed and vinegar.
3. Add cabbage, apples and green pepper.
4. In a large bowl, place the dressing lined with cabbage leaves.
5. Chill

SERVING
6. Serve cottage coleslaw chilled.
