Ingredients
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream of coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Club soda 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1) In a jug, stir together pineapple juice and coconut cream.
2) Add the club soda in the pineapple juice mixture.
3) Gently stream the into top glasses.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled.
