  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut fish into serving pieces.
Place shortening in frypan over medium heat.
Mix salt and cornmeal; roll fish in cornmeal mixture. Drop into frypan; fry for 3 minutes or until delicately browned.
