|Eggs||2 Small, beaten|
|Granulated sugar||8 Ounce (225 Grams)|
|Plain flour||2 Ounce, sifted (50 Grams)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Nuts||4 Ounce, chopped (Walnuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts Or Brazils Or A Mixture, 110 Grams)|
1 Preheat the oven.
2 Line a tin.
3 In the top of a double saucepan or in a basin fitted over simmering water melt the butter.
4 Brake the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the butter.
5 Remove from the heat, stirring all the other ingredients into the butter and chocolate mixture thoroughly.
6 Evenly spread this mixture in the lined tin.
7 Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out cleanly.
8 Allow the mixture in the tin to cool for 10 minutes.
9 Divide into approximately fifteen squares.
10 Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
11 Serve as desired
