What can be more healthy and satisfying than this Jellied Waldorf Salad! Try out this easily made recipe for your own homemade Jellied Waldorf Salad and continue being healthy!
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Tart apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced, unpeeled
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve in hot water.
Stir in sugar, salt and lemon juice.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in celery, apples and nut meats.
Turn into individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens and serve with mayonnaise.
