Maine Sardine Summer Salad

Like every year, this year too Maine Sardine Summer Salad is a big hit. Here's a very simple recipe for Maine Sardine Sunner Salad and make sure to include this in your weekend parties!
Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sardines 8 Ounce
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Ripe tomatoes 4 Large
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sieved
Directions

Drain sardines.
Mash one can, reserving remaining can for garnish.
Combine mashed sardines with next 8 ingredients.
Cut tomatoes crosswise into 4 thick slices.
Spoon sardine filling between slices.
Place tomatoes on bed of greens.
Spoon Sardine mixture over top and sprinkle with sieved egg.
Garnish with remaining can of sardines.
