Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Finely shredded cabbage 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise or salad dressing, milk, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, celery salt, and pepper.
2) Whisk the mayonnaise mixture until smooth.
3) Add the cabbage and carrots to the mayonnaise mixture.
4) Toss mayonnaise and cabbage mixtures till well coated.
5) Put the lid and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve cold over a bed of mix salad if desired.
