Vegan Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  Hemp milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chia seeds 4 Tablespoon (raw)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Yacon syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla bean 1⁄4 Teaspoon (scrapped inside)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, soak the chia seeds in hemp milk for 10 minutes.
2) Pour the mixture into a blender, then add the sea salt, yakon syrup and scrapped vanilla bean.
3) Blend the ingredents together until the mixture is thick and creamy.

SERVING
4) Transfer the chia pudding into bowls and serve.
