Tangy Garlic Hot Pepper Sauce

Prepare this tangy hot garlic pepper sauce at home and preserve it for as good as 60 days. You can use it as a BB sauce, as a marinade or even for hot wings.
Ingredients
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, mince
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, mince
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, pour hot garlic sauce. Add onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, and coriander.
2. Pour orange juice and lemon juice, add sugar, Allow to boil, stir and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Pour into sterilized bottles, seal with waxed paper and close the lid.

SERVING
4. Use this sauce for marinating your barbecue meats or making hot chicken wings.

TIP
Refrigerate sauce for 2 weeks before use.
Do not use the sauce after 60 days from making.
