Hawaiian Shrimp Salad

Get those taste buds working with this extremely satisfying Hawaiian Shrimp Salad. Yes, use this recipe to get your bowl ready!
Ingredients
  Pineapples 2 Medium
  Cooked shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash pineapple and cut in halves lengthwise.
Scoop out centers; remove core and dice pulp.
To the diced pineapple add shrimp, celery, cucumber and lemon juice.
Chill in refrigerator about 1/2 hour.
Toss lightly with mayonnaise and refill pineapple shells.
Garnish with additional mayonnaise.
