Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Flour 1⁄2 Ounce
  Green pepper To Taste, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery stick 1 , chopped
  Tomatoes 1 Small
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Soft brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Cloves 2
  Peppercorns To Taste
  Worcester sauce 3 Drop (As Per Taste)
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop (As Per Taste)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine/Dry cider 2 Tablespoon
  Shrimps/Prawns 1⁄2 Pound
  Rice 1⁄4 Pound, cooked as for curry
Directions

MAKING
1.Cook green pepper, pnion and celery in butter on low flame for 15 minutes until sweaty.
2.Add the flour and stir well.
3.Stir in tomatoes, liquor, salt, pepper, cloves, bay leaf and sugar and cook on low flame for 45 minutes.
4.Add shrimps and cook for 5 more minutes.
5.Drizzle Worcester, tabasco sauce, lemon juice, wine or cider for flavoring.

SERVING
6.Serve the dish with hot rice.
