|Unsweetened pineapple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled|
|Sparkling mineral water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled|
|Sifted powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Chablis/Or other dry white wine||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chilled|
1) In a large pitcher, combine together the sugar, pineapple juice and mineral water.
2) Gently stir the contents till the sugar has dissolved.
3) Add the wine and stir.
4) Into serving glasses of choice, pour the Hawaiian Coolers, garnish with mint sprigs and orange strips, if preferred, and serve.
