Cabbage Walnut and Apple Slaw

Ingredients
  Green cabbage 6 Cup (96 tbs) (finely-shredded)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (coarsely chopped)
  Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs) (coarsely chopped)
  Sea salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Homemade mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Pure honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix cabbage, walnuts, apples, sea salt and ginger.
2) Transfer into a large glass bowl.
3) In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar and honey.
4) Pour the mixture over the slaw.
5) Toss lightly.
6) Chill in refrigerator.

SERVING
7) Serve cold.
8) Garnish with parsley flakes.
