Prawn Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
  Small onion 1 , peeled and chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cored, seeded and chopped
  Tomato juice 1⁄4 Pint (150ml)
  Dried rosemary 1 Pinch
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
  Prepared german mustard 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
  Peeled prawns 6 Ounce (175g)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Pound (225 g, for garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a pan, put onion, green pepper, tomato juice, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce and mustard .
2.Let the mixture boil.
3.Once done, lower the flame and put the lid on.
4.Let itsimmer for 15 minutes.
5.Put a sprinkling of salt and pepper as per taste.

SERVING
6.Serve warm after garnishing of bean sprouts.

Tip
The dish can be frozen for later use. If frozen, thaw for 4 hours in refrigerator and reheat before serving.
