Cheese & Figs Appetizer
|Grain bread slices||5 , toasted, cut into bite sized pieces|
|Goat cheese slices||100 Gram|
|Barbecue fig sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
1. On the grain bread slices, place the goat cheese slices.
2. Put teaspoon of fig sauce onto cheese slices.
3. On a plate, make a bed of salad greens, place the bread slices on it. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle some tuscan blend, if desired.
