Mint Tea Hawaiian

Ingredients
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tea bags 6
  Mint flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple spears 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In heated teapot pour boiling water over tea bags and mint flakes and steep with cover for 5 minutes.
2. Strain, then mix well combining with sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice and chill.

SERVING
3. Serve over ice cubes garnished with a spear of fresh or canned pineapple.
