Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Season all 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs), finely shredded
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together the sour cream, vinegar, Season-All, sugar, dry mustard, ginger, celery seeds and white pepper. Mix well.
2) Refrigerate the mxiture for about 20 minutes so that the seasonings can blend.
3) Spoon the mixture over the cabbage and green epper and toss lightly. Sprinkle paprika all over.

SERVING
4) Serve the Creamy Coleslaw at room temperature or chilled. Makes an excellent side dish to a range of preparations like sandwiches and grilled meat.
