Creole Sauce With Mushroom

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned chopped mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In butter, cook the onion and green pepper till tender.
2) Add the mushrooms, tomato sauce, water, pepper and garlic salt.
3) Cover the gently simmer the contents for about 15 miutes.

SERVING
4) Serve the Creole Sauce warm or at room temperature. Makes a good accompaniment to fish.
