Zesty Beef Stew In Pan

Stew, nice hot and steaming, specially on a cold winter day or evening. Doesn't it sound wonderful eating a steaming stew. This video has the recipe for a beef stew. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Beef sirloin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Savory 1 Dash
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Potato 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Celery 2 , sliced
  Corn 50 Gram
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 2
Directions

Medium-high heat a large pan.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Add beef sirloin.
Stir, cook for 2 minutes.
Add ground black pepper, basil, savoury, rosemary, thyme, and salt.
Add worcestershire sauce, stir well.
Add hot water.
Add carrot, potato, onion, celery, and some corn niblets.
Stir them well.
Add some fresh parsley, ketchup and bay leaf.
Stir, cover the pan.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Uncover the pan.
Add sauce thickener to the pan.
Stir the ingredients.
Cover, and simmer for next 10 minutes.
Serve.
