Southern Bean Dip Soup
|Jalapeno bean dip||31 1⁄2 Ounce (Fritos Brand, 3 cans, 10 1/2-ounce each)|
|Beef broth||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Potatoes||3 Medium, peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes|
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Whole kernel corn||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
1. In a large kettle, empty the FRITOS® Brand Jalapeno Bean Dip, broth and water and mix well.
2. Simmer the kettle uncovered on a medium-high heat for 30 minutes till done
3. Add the onions, celery, corn and pepper to the kettle and simmer again for one hour.
4. Serve hot immediately with toasted bread or steamed rice
