Hot Slaw

Ingredients
  Finely shredded white cabbage 10 Ounce
  Onion 1 Small, peeled, finely chopped
  Carrot 1 , peeled and grated
  Chopped mixed nuts 2 Tablespoon
  Natural low fat yogurt 4 Tablespoon
  Horseradish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large ovenproof bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, carrot and nuts.
2) On high power, cook for 2 minutes.
3) Mix well and then cook for another 2 minutes, or until the vegetables turn slightly soft.
4) In a small cup, combine the yogurt, sauces and parsley.
5) Over the hot vegetables, pour this dressing and toss well to coat.

SERVING
6) Serve the Hot Slaw in salad plates, immediately.
