Creole Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  All-purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Peeled seeded chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 8 , sliced
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat olive oil and butter in a pan and cook onions, green pepper and garlic in it.
2.Cook onions in it until transparent.
3.Take the garlic out and add flour to it.
4.Put tomatoes and beef stock to it.
5.Cook the ingredients on low flame for 30 minutes.
6.Put parsley and mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes.
7.Add a sprinkling of salt and pepper.

SERVING
8.Use sauce as desired.
