Pasta Cole Slaw

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Quart, boiling
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Carrot 1 Medium, grated
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In Dutch oven boil water. Add macaroni, cooking oil and first amount of salt. Cook uncovered 5 to 7 minutes until just tender.
2) Drain out from the liquid.
3) Rinse under cold water and drain again.
4) Transfer macaroni back to pot.
5) Mix thoroughly cabbage, carrot, onion and second amount of salt.
6) To prepare the dressing, in a blender add all the ingredients.
7) Blend the mixture until smooth.
8) Pour the dressing over salad and toss.

SERVING
9) Serve in a bowl.
