|Frozen sea scallops||12 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
|All-purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1 In a saucepan, add tomatoes, scallops, onion, and green pepper.
2 Bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
3 In a bowl, mix flour with water.
4 Mix with the tomato mixture and cook stirring constantly until thick.
5 Add salt for seasoning.
6 Serve on rice.
