|Shredded iceberg lettuce||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped|
|Hard-boiled eggs||3 , chopped|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, seeded and chopped|
|Blue cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), crumbled (About 3 Ounces)|
|Crisp bacon slices||6 , drained and crumbled|
|Avocado||1 Medium, halved, pitted, peeled, and cut into wedges|
On 6 salad plates, arrange beds of lettuce.
Arrange the chicken, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, and bacon in rows on top.
Garnish with avocado wedges placed on the side.
Serve with Brown Derby French Dressing and crusty garlic bread.
