Mint Julep

Ingredients
  Mint sprig 12
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Cracked ice 1 Tablespoon
  Bourbon 18 Ounce (12 Jiggers)
Directions

Crush a sprig of mint in a tall glass or goblet.
Discard mint.
Dissolve a lump of sugar in a tablespoon of water in each glass.
Half fill each glass with cracked ice.
Add 2 jiggers of bourbon.
Stir gently.
Garnish each with a sprig of fresh mint.
