Virginia Ham And Cumberland Sauce

|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Cumberland sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1. Allow two thin slices of ham rather than a thick one for each serving, and a slice above the required number will do no harm. Ham of high quality can be bought at a good delicatessen if you have not already cooked one at home; avoid the supermarket wrapped product.
2. Arrange it on a serving platter, wrap in foil, and refrigerate it until serving time.
3. Serve with Dijon mustard and Cumberland Sauce.
