Low Calorie Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced fat sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  1% milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 6 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red apples 3 Large, unpeeled (Delicious)
  Bite size mixed salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Bibb, Boston, Curly Leaf Lettuce, Romaine)
  Celery stalks 4 , chopped to make 2 cups
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lightly toasted
Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, 3 tablespoons of the lemon juice, and the pepper until combined.
2. Cut the apples into quarters, then core and slice them lengthwise 1/8 inch thick. Place in a medium-size bowl and toss with the remaining 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
3. Line a platter with the salad greens. Arrange the apples, celery, and walnuts on top, drizzling the dressing over them as you go. Serve as a first course.
