Roast Cajun Potatoes
|Potatoes||1 Pound, baking|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Canola oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel potatoes; cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased jelly-roll pan or cookie sheet.
2. Toss potatoes with parsley, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, thyme and black pepper until evenly coated.
3. Bake 50 minutes, turning wedges halfway through cooking time. Serve immediately.
