Oldtime Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Green cabbage head 2 , shredded
  Red apples 3 Large, cored, chopped
  Sliced green onions 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Toss cabbage, apples and green onions in a large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
