Ingredients
  Lean ground beef round/Sirloin 1 Pound
  Chopped yellow onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lean bacon strip 2 , cooked crisp, drained, and crumbled
Directions

1. Preheat the broiler and line a broiling pan with foil. In a large bowl, using your hands or a spoon, mix all the ingredients except the bacon. Form the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about 1 inch thick. Place on the broiler pan.
2. Broil the patties 3 inches from the heat for 5 minutes; turn and press the into the uncooked side. Broil 3 minutes longer or until the meat is the way you like it. Serve hot.
