Sour Cream Slaw Dressing
|Imitation sour cream||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Celery seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and whisk with a fork until thick and well blended.
2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap or pour into a bottle and refrigerate for 2 hours or more so that the flavors are absorbed.
3. This recipe makes about 1 1/4 cups of dressing.
4. Toss with shredded vegetables or serve with crudites.
