Two Cabbage Cole Slaw

Ingredients
  Cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs), thinly sliced
  Red cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs), thinly sliced
  Carrots 2 , shredded
  Green pepper To Taste, julienned
  Scallions 2 , minced
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nonfat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, mix the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green peppers and scallions.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, black pepper and celery seeds.
Pour over the salad and toss well to combine.
Chill.
