1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Sodium Low Fat, At Room Temperature)

2 Tablespoon, melted
1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2.In a blender container put all the ingredients and blend at medium speed 15 seconds.
3. Transfer batter into 6 31/2 inch custard cups that are sprayed with a non-stick coating.
(Only non-stick spray will prevent the popovers from sticking; butter or margarine won't do the job.)
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5.Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for another 20 minutes.
6. Alternately, cool them to room temperature , wrap in plastic wrap, or foil and freeze them.
7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes prior to serving.
