Easy Brunswick Stew
|Chicken||1 , cut up|
|All purpose flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Canned tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen corn||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Frozen lima beans||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1)Dredge chicken pieces in flour.
2)In a pan, heat oil and saute it until brown.
3)Add onion and cook until onion is transparent.
4)Add tomatoes, 6 cups water, seasonings and sugar.
5)Simmer until almost tender.
6)Add corn and limas and cook until vegetables are tender.
7)Serve Brunswick stew hot with rice.
