Hawaiian Shrimp Curry

Ingredients
  Shrimp 3⁄4 Pound, cooked
  Butter margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash (pepper a)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), fresh (fresh)
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare the shrimp; also, in a saucepan, melt butter and add flour, salt, pepper, curry powder, ginger and onion to it and mix into a paste
2. Add milk to it slowly and cook over a low flame till it thickens; add coconut, lemon juice and shrimp to it and cook for twenty minutes

SERVING
3. Goes well with rice and condiments like nuts, toasted coconut and chutney
