Noodle Pudding

Ingredients
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked noodles 4 Cup (64 tbs) (7 ounces dry)
  Fructose 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green apples 3 Medium, cored and thinly sliced
  Apples 3 Medium, cored
  Eggs 2 Small, slightly beaten
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Unsalted butter/Corn oil margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsalted butter/Corn oil margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

MAKING
2.On a cookie sheet, place the walnuts.
3.Bake for 8 minutes until walnuts are golden brown.
4.Do not let them get burnt.
5.Mix together the walnuts, cooked noodles and rest of ingredients but butter or margarine.
6.Into a 2 quart casserole baking dish, transfer the mixture.
7.Pour melted butter or margarine evenly over the top.
8.Bake for 45 minutes.

SERVING
9.Cut into squares and serve warm.
