Southern Peanut Loaf (Meatless Meat Loaf)

Taste this delicious Southern Peanut Loaf. This amazing recipe is sure to delight you!!!
Ingredients
  Crunchy peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baby lima beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soft breadcrumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  American cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
  Seasoned tomato sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, cooked lima beans, onion, basil, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, cheese and eggs
2) Spoon the mixture in a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan
3) Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes

SERVING
4) Serve the dish warm with tomato sauce and if desired with green pepper strips and radish slices
