Hawaiian Pork Roast

Ingredients
  Pork loin roast 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Loosen the backbones from the ribs of roast so as to ease carving or have a butcher do it for you; salt and pepper the roast, insert garlic cloves and sprinkle with garlic powder
2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey and catsup; place the roast on rack in a shallow roasting pan and bake at 350°F at half an hour per pound
3. To the bottom of the pan, add water and baste the roast frequently with the sauce prepared

4. Serve as required
