Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Chopped apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), unpeeled
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tokay grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved and seeded (Optional)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

In a large serving bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
Add celery, grapes, and nuts.
In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with sour cream, blending well.
Pour over fruit, tossing gently to mix.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
