|Chopped apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), unpeeled|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tokay grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved and seeded (Optional)|
|Coarsely chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
In a large serving bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
Add celery, grapes, and nuts.
In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with sour cream, blending well.
Pour over fruit, tossing gently to mix.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
