Arrange cooked ham in deep casserole dish.
Slice onion and green pepper into rings and arrange over ham.
Add raisins and pineapple chunks on top.
Heat pineapple juice and vinegar.
Combine dry ingredients, add to hot liquid.
Stir until thickened, then add soya sauce.
Pour the hot sauce over ham.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Â°F.
Serve over rice.
