Kidney Beans Creole

Ingredients
  Canned red kidney beans 6 Ounce, drained
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed
  Mixed vegetable juice 6 Tablespoon (1/3 Cup Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) Combine together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
3) Put the mixture in a shallow 1-quart casserole.
4) Cover the casserole and bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
5) Uncover the casserole and bake for another 15 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
