Cherry Waldorf Gelatin

Ingredients
  Apple gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cherry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cold water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apples 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add 1 cup boiling water and add apple gelatin. Stir to dissolve.
2) Pour 1-cup cold water and blend well.
3) Spoon into a 3-cup mold and chill in refrigerator.
4) In a bowl add 2/3 cup boiling water and sprinkle cherry gelatin in it.
5) Stir to dissolve.
6) Add 2/3 cup cold water and mix.
7) Add lemon juice and stir.
8) Chill in refrigerator until cherry gelatin is thick and syrupy.
9) Fold in mayonnaise and beat gently.
10) Add apples and walnuts.
11) Keep aside.
12) Once the apple gelatin is set, pour cherry mixture on top.
13) Chill until firm.

SERVING
14) Unmold and serve in a platter.
