Ingredients
  Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pumpkin seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon (To Top)
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon (To Top)
  Pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (To Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bottle, mix together all the dry ingredients, shake well and refrigerate till ready to use

SERVING
2. Add a small amount of milk, add to a bowl and top with yogurt
3. Ring the yogurt with pineapple and serve
