Southwestern Rubbed Steak

Ingredients
  Tenderloin steak 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Cut off any fat that is visible from the steak.
2.Combine together sugar, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder.
3. Smear the steak generously with the spice mix and let mariante for 5 minutes.
4.Coat grill with nonfat cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
5.Grill marinated steak for 5 to 7 minutes. The grilling time can be increased if desired.

SERVING
6.Slice the grilled steak into 4 portions.
7.Place on serving platter and serve warm.
