Ingredients
  Dark cherries without core 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Kirsch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
  Strongly brewed melitta coffee 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Let the cherries drip off and put them, the kirsch and the cream in a mix pot. Brew Melitta coffee with filter paper by Melitta. Add the coffee (not too hot) to the other ingredients. Purée everything with a hand mixer. Let it cool down in the fridge. Put it in four glasses, garnish each one with a cherry and serve.
