Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain non fat yogurt/Yogurt cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Coarsely chopped cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (Not Fresh Or Frozen)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Blend yogurt with honey and vinegar.
2) Stir in the vegetables and mix well.
3) Cover and chill for 15 minutes.

SERVING
4) Season to taste and serve chilled.
