Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low fat mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Red grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boneless chicken breast 1
  Chopped scallion 2 Tablespoon
  Cantaloupe 1 Small, seeds removed and cut into 4 wedges
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl add yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, salt and pepper to taste.
2) Whisk all the ingredients together.
3) Add apple, red and green grapes, celery, scallion, and chicken. Toss the mixture well.

SERVING
4) Mound one-fourth of the salad on top of each wedge of cantaloupe.
5) Top with one-fourth of walnuts.
