Veal Stew Hawaiian
|Veal||3 Pound, cut in 2-inch pieces|
|Pineapple cubes||2 Can (20 oz), drained (No. 2)|
|Seasoned salt||1 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 Medium, peeled, sliced|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients and stir to mix well.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
3) Serve immediately in individual serving bowls.
For a thicker sauce, blend 1/4 cup flour with 1 cup water, stir into the stew, then cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
